5 Reasons You Should Consider Becoming A Vegan

Did you ever daydream that you could become a vegan and change your life? Many people took action on the concept and actually did it. The great majority never make a move in making their dream a real possibility. Many lacked the will to research, learn and then get going, and therefore are even now just dreaming.
Hmm. Are they actually legitimate reasons? Did they really look at the positive side? Did we consider the “pro” side or just the “con” side? Maybe we should look into that. Let’s examine 5 positive reasons in favor of attempting to becoming a vegan to see which ones ring true.
First, annually a meat diet involves killing over 27 billion living animals in the United States without any legal protection.
I understand fully your objection regarding that one of the reasons certain animals are raised is to feed humans and some people actually make their living off of this. I agree that that’s a rather valid objection, but please consider, meat diets go hand in hand with high cholesterol and cholesterol health issues.
Also, consider the studies that are connecting men with high cholesterol levels as having double the impotence problems as vegan men.
Second, is how unhealthy humanity has become because of the over abundence in meat and meat products.
Third is obesity, Americans on meat and dairy diets have three times the obesity as vegans.
Fourth, vegan and vegetarian diets are the only diets that work for a successful long-term weight loss program.
And fifth, both vegan and vegetarian diets are recognized as the healthiest diets of all due to low cholesterol and less health problems.
When you go through the reasons and evaluate them, I expect that you will have to admit that a compelling case can be made for thinking of the best way to becoming a vegan .
So just consider that for a moment. A good case has been made in favor. Maybe you really should become a vegan .
As soon as you consider the different reasons and evaluate them, you’ll have to admit that a very compelling case can be made for beginning to consider how you can become a vegan .
Just think about it. Maybe, just maybe, you actually, in all seriousness, should really consider becoming a vegan .

Before you make a wise-ass descision, realize that this obvious step can be quite difficult. After all, you don’t know what to eat yet instead, do you? well its really hard to change your lifestyle. I know I am not a vegan but I love to eat veggies. But if you have that wellpower then get readt to change your life for the better.
This is always a personal decision. One has to decide if this is right for one’s lifestyle.
Choosing a vegan lifestyle is a big decision. As with any big decision in your life you should investigate and get as many facts as you can before making a decision. One of the big benefits of a veagn lifestyle is the elimination of trans fat, saturated fat and refined suagar from your diet. Anyone considering a veagn lifestyle should give it a try for a month to see if it is right for them.
These are good points to consider moving toward becoming a vegan. I eat very little dairy (though I do enjoy cheese!), but have to admit that chicken and turkey and fish are staples for me. I don’t eat much beef or pork though. I like the third reason the best on helping with obesity. Thanks, Amy Hagerup
