Natural Weightloss Secrets
With everyone becoming more health conscious you might notice there are many contradicting stories about the best diet plans available. Some diets will even guarantee results in under a week. Although it is likely you will see results it is more likely that those results will not last.
Among all of the diets that are currently available, the best is usually kept secret. Natural weight loss secrets are among the best kept secrets regarding dieting. However, now they are revealed.
First, let’s discuss eating. Not your diet but the way you eat. More than likely you have heard at one time or another that you should eat your food slowly and chew it well. Odds are, you don’t because you probably don’t see a connection to weight loss. But, oh there is!
It is suggested that you chew eat bite of your meal a minimum of 25 times before swallowing it. By doing this you are not putting any unnecessary calories into your body. Basically what you would want your food to do is turn into a liquid before swallowing it.
How can chewing your food extra well help you to avoid ingesting the calories that are unnecessary? The saliva in your mouth actually coats the food and aids in the digestion of it as well. In a nut shell your tongue gets a message from taste of the food. Then a message is sent from the tongue to your brain simply telling it “we are eating.”
At this time the brain send the message on to the digestive system to give it a ‘heads up’ if you will. The digestive system decides on the type of juice to use in order to begin digesting the food appropriately. This entire message system allows the digestive system to get a head start which leads to the food being digested much more thoroughly and the necessary nutrition being extracted from the foods.
Combine this method of liquefying your food before swallowing it with a reduced fat low calorie diet and you have mastered two of the best kept natural weight loss secrets of all time! If you have any doubts about these secrets, just try them for yourself.
After all what do you really have to lose, weight? You might not see the immediate results that are often promised by other diets, but you will see results that you will be proud of in a short period of time.

Lots of GREAT info but I feel a key element was left out.
I can appreciate much of what was written above but want to point out that MOVEMENT or EXERCISE is also a KEY ELEMENT. When people typically lose weight, they lose equal fat and muscle. You want to keep the LEAN MUSCLE! That’s the HEALTHY WAY to lose. Sadly, when many return to their bad habits (not making it a lifestyle change for LIFE), they will gain back fat and the vicious cycle continues.
When I work with my clients, I understand they want to lose weight but also know as a coach, they need to do this the right way and not a quick fix that fails them in the long run. Jack LaLanne, the first real fitness/health profit (google him) is a legend that lives the life and in his 90′s is in better shape than 90% of the people. Diet and exercise don’t fail us, we fail diet and exercise.

Hi Lucy, thanks for the great comment I agree totally with your view of weightloss, the fact that losing weight is more of developing the mindset of maintaing good eating habits and doing the right exercises.
To motivate friends I usually remind them that; The fact is that a successful weight loss plan must be tailored to your specific needs. Generalized get thin quick diet trends won’t do it.
