In life you encounter some rules which are Golden, rules that basically apply. Any time you find them it is wise to remember and never forget them.They could guide you throughout your whole life.

The Golden Rules exist to show you how, whatever your challenge, whatever your goal. All you must do is find them and follow them.

And listed below are the 5 Golden Rules to speed up your metabolism.

Golden Rule # 1, is to drink more water. The reason why you should drink more water is because drinking water speeds up weight loss. Water is an appetite supressant which releases your boby of toxins.. Remember, to drink water throughout the day, at least 8 glasses a day in order to burn more calories.

Golden Rule # 2, add more spicy foods to your diet. Adding spicy foods help speed up your metabolism because they contain chemical compounds . Try adding some to your dishes as well as an additional spice .

Golden Rule # 3, drink green tea. The reason that you’ll want to do that is because green tea contains caffeine which will increase your metabolism.

Golden Rule # 4, eat between five and six smaller meals throughout the day. Doing so keeps your metabolism working, which leads to more calories burned. When you eat larger meals throughout the day your metabolism automatically slows down. It is best to eat smaller meals, more frequntly during the course of the day. . There can be other ways of accomplishing this, including

Golden Rule # 5, exercise more. You can do this by setting a daily routine that you can follow faithfully. By building muscle and keeping active helps your body burn more calories.   Exercising first thing in the morning is the best time to exercise as you will get the most benefit from it.  Exercising 10 to 15 minutes at a time will speed up your metabolism as well.

Rely on these Golden Rules to speed up your metabolism. They’ve been time tested and found to be true. Follow them and your ultimate success will likely be much more likely and also the results a lot more satisfying.
